Semiannual Reports

Section 5 of the Inspector General Act requires each Inspector General to prepare semiannual reports summarizing activities of the Office during each six-month period ending March 31 and September 30.  The Act requires the Inspector General to transmit these reports to the head of their establishment who transmits them, along with their comments, to the appropriate committees or subcommittees of Congress.  Once the TVA OIG's semiannual reports have been received by Congress, they are made available on this Web site as PDF files.
